As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top candidates across a variety of roles. What You’ll Be Doing Talent Acquisition Responsibilities* Post job requisitions across multiple platforms to attract top talent* Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social platforms, universities, and community channels* Proactively build pipelines for both high-volume and niche roles* Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings/interviews* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate recommendations* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines* Efficiently close open roles and meet hiring deadlinesWhat We’re Looking For* Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field is an asset* Fully bilingual in French & English (spoken, written, and read)* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to evolving hiring needs* Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail* Excellent communication and networking abilities* Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing hard-to-fill roles is an asset* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)* A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Match Retail?* Opportunity to work with leading national and global brands* Collaborative, performance-driven culture* Competitive compensation and benefits* Career growth and professional development opportunitiesRecruitment ProcessOur recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.
