Could you be the full-time Industrial Cybersecurity Manager we are looking for in Saint-Bruno, QC, Canada?
This position requires on-site presence for 3 days a week. Several shuttles are provided by Alstom between Montreal and the St-Bruno site to facilitate the commute!
Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills in an emerging field. You will work with collaborative and innovative teammates and play a key role in implementing cybersecurity strategies and executions within our rolling stock projects in North America.
On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, project management, and external stakeholders, leading technical meetings, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
You will be particularly responsible for managing the cybersecurity aspects, including cost estimation, risk planning and analysis, as well as implementing cybersecurity controls in the design and delivery of projects.
We Will Look to You For
- Act as the primary point of contact between cybersecurity and enterprise stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute cybersecurity activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity project managers.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity deliverables on time.
- Oversee project budgets, resource utilization, and forecasting.
- Provide technical advice and mentor cybersecurity professionals.
- Contribute to the integration of cybersecurity standards and best practices into projects.
- Your Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
- Experience or understanding of deploying industrial cybersecurity controls.
- Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity architecture, networking principles, and standards such as ISO 2700X, NIST, and IEC 62443.
- Familiarity with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Cybersecurity certification (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
