As an IT Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Collaborate with business partners, architects, designers, and implementation teams to define and translate needs into concrete, high-value solutions.

Analyze and document processes, business rules, user journeys, and the impacts of changes.

Contribute to the design and evolution of digital solutions supporting Collective Savings and Retirement.

Participate in impact analyses, estimates, planning, testing, and production deployments.

Support the integration and adoption of new capabilities related to Salesforce, data, and artificial intelligence.

Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization of business processes.

Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams, while contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and the evolution of delivery practices.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who: Holds a DEC or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Has 2 to 5 years of experience in IT analysis, functional analysis, or digital solution delivery.

Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.

Is recognized for collaboration, autonomy, and the ability to positively influence teams.

Shows excellent communication and dissemination skills.

Is motivated by continuous learning, experimentation with new approaches, and continuous improvement.

Knows Agile, SAFe, or Lean methodologies.

Assets That Will Help You Stand Out

Have experience or a strong interest in Salesforce, including CRM, Experience Cloud, automation, or customer journeys.

Have an interest in using artificial intelligence to improve analysis, documentation, testing, and operational efficiency.

Possess knowledge of data technologies, integration, and cloud platforms.

Have experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.

Knowledge of the insurance, savings, or financial services industry.
