Your future role

• Lead the preparation of various financial processes
• Provide recommendations to the Leadership Team based on financial results analysis
• Manage the Financial Accounting team
• Participate in the realization of the group's budgetary process
• Supervise the preparation of data needed for the annual audit and tax declarations of various legal entities
• Play a crucial role in initiatives related to continuous improvement, automation, and internal controls
• Monitor accounting standards and make recommendations
• Perform various complex analyses

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - accounting profile
• CPA designation
• Significant experience in financial management and team management
• Relevant experience in a large company - an asset
• Ability to innovate in the implementation of new procedures and ways of doing things
• Interest in process automation and internal controls
• Proficiency in English - for internal communication with clients and suppliers outside Quebec
