Your future role

• Coordinate the preparation of various financial processes
• Contribute to financial results analysis and formulate recommendations
• Manage the daily operations of the Financial Accounting team
• Collaborate on the group's budgeting process
• Coordinate the preparation of data needed for annual audits and tax filings of various legal entities
• Actively contribute to initiatives related to continuous improvement, automation, and internal controls
• Monitor accounting standards and formulate recommendations
• Perform various financial analyses

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Accounting profile
• CPA designation
• Experience in financial management and team supervision
• Relevant experience in a large corporation - an asset
• Ability to innovate in the implementation of new procedures and ways of doing things
• Interest in process automation and internal controls
• Proficiency in English - for internal communication with clients and suppliers outside Quebec
