Temporary Position (24 Months) - 35 Hours Per Week

*Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator and Road Safety, the incumbent plans, organizes, controls, and adjusts regular, event, doubling, school, nolis, taxi bus, detour, transit, and other services.* *Key Responsibilities*
- *Plan services by analyzing required information, communicating with internal/external stakeholders, and conducting network visits. Assess service changes considering demand, resource impacts, costs, constraints, and quality.*
- *Use and interpret data from passenger counters, operations support systems, ticketing systems, information environment, and other sources. Compile statistics and indicators, transmit them, and explain them to relevant parties.*
- *Participate in developing planning and control criteria and standards.*
- *Analyze needs and quantify resources required for planning elements such as travel time, number of buses, and service hours based on established criteria and standards.*
- *Represent the RTC with partners to define mitigation measures for services during events and disruptions on short, medium, and long-term.*
- *Develop required services using specialized software and ensure system parameter updates.*
- *Produce and update travel time matrices, master schedules, routes, driver notes, and other data sets or elements necessary for service planning.*
- *Create and update various information media about services for internal/external stakeholders. Ensure information transmission and feedback about services. Gather documentation and compile data for internal and external communications.*
- *Monitor ongoing services and propose or implement short and medium-term adjustments.*
- *Work with internal/external stakeholders to monitor specific operational issues such as traffic light adjustments, priority light adjustments, prohibited street controls, minor street and sidewalk corrections, and planning elements such as schedules, load, and connections.*
- *Measure deviations between planned and actual performance by consulting indicators, customer complaints, internal/external stakeholder observations, or any other relevant information source.*
- *Adjust planning elements such as schedules, load, and connections on medium and long-term with approval as needed.*
- *Evaluate service efficiency and propose or implement performance improvement measures.*
- *Conduct network visits with internal/external stakeholders to observe and document the effect of implemented measures following operational issues.*
- *Monitor service billing.*

- *DEC in transport logistics techniques, industrial engineering techniques, or related discipline*
- *1 year of relevant experience*
- *In-depth knowledge of the territory*
- *Proficiency in using Excel and specialized software*
