About the role

We are looking for an SAP Product Manager to represent the Drummondville plant within our Agile Delivery teams. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between local operations and the global Agile SAP team, ensuring that business needs are translated into well-defined user stories and that priorities are met. You will also provide daily functional support to plant users by addressing basic SAP functional requests.

Key responsibilities

  • Product and Agile Delivery Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Product Manager representing the Drummondville plant within the company’s Agile work environment.
  • Define the product vision and maximize the value added by improvements in SAP.
  • Take ownership and management of the product backlog in SAP.
  • Create, refine, and prioritize user stories.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • Make final decisions on conflicting requirements.

SAP Functional Support

  • Provide first-level functional support to plant employees for all SAP modules: MM, PP, SD, FICO, and WM.
  • Support SAP process optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Support annual SAP-related activities such as user recertification.

Communication with Stakeholders

  • Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to user documentation and basic training.

Required qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of item master data, bill of materials, routings, work centers, MRP parameters, and cost evaluation
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, finance, information systems, or a related field

Additional assets

  • Power Automate or Python scripting experience
  • Familiarity with SAP mass maintenance tools
  • Knowledge of cost accounting or inventory management
  • English proficiency
  • French proficiency
