As a Practice Lead, you support the Chief Information Technology Foundations and Shared Enterprise Services on a daily basis in fulfilling their mandate. You play a key role in driving operational activities, tracking performance indicators, managing risks, and producing strategic dashboards to enable informed decision-making. Your ability to understand complex environments, analyze data, and transform information into concrete recommendations allows you to act as a strategic partner to the leadership and managers. In a context where there are many stakeholders and abundant information, you know how to synthesize information, highlight key issues, and provide relevant management indicators to support decision-making. You collaborate with a diversity of stakeholders and exercise positive influence to ensure business objectives and operational commitments are met. You act as a specialist advisor and expert in your field. You advise managers on operational issues, governance, and performance tracking mechanisms. You serve as a facilitator and influencer leader with various stakeholders. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Supporting the Chief Information Technology Foundations and Shared Enterprise Services in planning, tracking, and achieving their operational and strategic priorities.
  • Developing and maintaining management dashboards and indicators.
  • Producing and analyzing operational and financial data to support decision-making.
  • Tracking performance metrics and recommending improvement opportunities.
  • Acting as the primary contact for risk management, vulnerability, and business continuity matters.
  • Coordinating and tracking issues related to technological vulnerabilities and security patches.
  • Tracking deviations and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Updating business impact analyses (BIA) and business continuity plans (BCP) in collaboration with relevant partners.
  • Acting as an influencer leader with internal and external partners to ensure operational objectives and timelines are met.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience with ITIL processes and best practices
  • French language proficiency required
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Proficiency in Power BI and management dashboard design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of information technology security concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
