FinanceDescription
The UQAM is looking for qualified candidates to renew its teaching staff and ensure quality development in all its areas of activity.
The UQAM is the first francophone university in America to have established a distinct department of accounting sciences within a School of Management Sciences (ESG-UQAM). The School develops unique minds to change the framework of business and adapt it to new realities. Both in research and teaching, ESG UQAM brings about a different way of thinking about the world and creates economic, social, and environmental value on the local, national, and international stages.
The department consists of a team of about fifty professors who teach more than 2000 students enrolled in certificate and bachelor's programs in accounting, second-cycle professional and scientific programs, as well as the doctorate. It is particularly dynamic for its involvement in training the next generation of CPAs and in master's programs. It is also innovative in terms of technopedagogy.
