- Job Description Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for capturing customer orders and supporting the sales service in achieving sales. This role focuses on the sale of various items, but also administers equipment orders and manages equipment inventory.
Provides Quotes By
- Responding to inquiries and providing advice on product selection and ordering process
- Communicating with the sales service to establish the pricing range
- Reviewing manufacturer special offers
Processes Incoming Orders By
- Receiving purchase orders from customers, sales representatives and the online store
- Verifying order data and other conditions before entering them
- Entering orders into the system
Ensures Excellent Customer Support By
- Tracking and locating lost or damaged shipments and missing order items
- Ensuring rapid resolution of any delivery or order issues
- Welcoming and assisting customers without appointments in the showroom
Develops and maintains working relationships with Representatives and manufacturers by:
- Providing information on products, special promotions and future events
- Ensuring liaison with manufacturer representatives for product requests
- Keeping an eye out for new products
Supports Business Growth By
- Participating in trade shows, customer events or other marketing activities as requested
- Completing other tasks as assigned
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
- Ensuring a safe work environment by reading and following safety procedures and reporting injuries or dangerous acts
COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Customer Service Representative role in the healthcare, dental or clinic field (required)
- Due to the extent of responsibilities and/or organizational structure, this position requires advanced linguistic skills in French and English (bilingual). Mastery of Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
- Computer literate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good telephone etiquette and exceptional listening skills
- Independent worker with good work ethics
- The targeted recruitment range for this position is from

- 65 000,00 $
. The actual remuneration within this range will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, geographical location and relevant knowledge for the position.
The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position $50,600.00 - $76,000.00 Annual
