As a District Manager, you are the vital link between all the stores you oversee. You are a resourceful and innovative person, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a lot of determination.
You have in-depth knowledge of business activities and an excellent understanding of retail sales, market trends, and profitability, in addition to excelling in budget planning. You have influence and ensure that all your stores meet and/or exceed their financial objectives.
You enjoy teamwork and know how to inspire, coach, motivate, develop, and evaluate your management teams to achieve maximum performance and optimize the customer experience.
You ensure that all your stores operate in compliance with brand and visual presentation standards, as well as with all company policies and procedures. You are the driving force behind sales and customer service, and you also play an essential role in hiring the management team. With the help of your Sales Director, you guide Store Managers and help them address challenges and issues in-store, including operational, customer, and/or human resources problems.
As a District Manager, you are the leader who inspires and unites the efforts of your team in achieving success. Qualifications
- 7 years of retail experience, including 3 years of management experience in a multi-store environment;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Highly goal-oriented;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and follow up;
- Ability to solve complex problems;
- Proactive and innovative mindset;
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
