Located at the foot of Mount Saint-Bruno, Förena opens the doors to its city and offers you a journey inspired by Iceland, Germany, and Russia through its authentic thermotherapy paths. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor (site) at Förena, to join a team of passionate well-being enthusiasts in a very pleasant work environment!

Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the general manager, you supervise site agents and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You collaborate with the different services to achieve the organization's goals, while ensuring the respect of operational standards and the smooth running of the spa's daily activities.

  • Supervise site agents directly;
  • Hire, train, and quality control the service provided by site agents, evaluate and manage their HR;
  • Develop protocols in compliance with CNESST and fire safety requirements to ensure effective emergency management;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of procedures related to water treatment by site agents;
  • Ensure the opening or closing of the site in accordance with established standards. By conducting frequent site tours throughout the day, ensure that cleanliness is exemplary in the different indoor and outdoor areas of the site;
  • Monitor complaint management, customer follow-up, group files, and member follow-up;
  • Provide highly professional, courteous, respectful, fast, and efficient customer service;
  • Ensure that rules, procedures, protocols, and standards are applied and respected in accordance with the operations manuals, while contributing to their improvement and optimization;
  • Work in close collaboration with colleagues and the director, providing support for any other related tasks as needed by the organization.

Qualities sought

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in team management focused on customer service, customer experience, or human resources;
  • Hold a college diploma, a technical degree, or equivalent;
  • Experience in spas or hospitality is an asset;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Possess excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills;
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and team management skills, combined with a keen sense of business;
  • Be able to analyze situations, solve problems, and make effective decisions;
  • Demonstrate leadership, commitment, versatility, professionalism, and diligence;
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and demonstrate a great capacity for listening and collaboration.

Employment status and working hours

  • Temporary contract of 5 to 6 months;
  • Full-time (40 hours/week);
  • Flexible hours, including at least one evening and one weekend day.
