The parts and service clerk reports to the service manager.

The parts and service clerk plays a key role in welcoming customers and quickly addressing their needs for parts and service.

Main Responsibilities

• Guide and advise customers in choosing and purchasing parts that meet their needs
• Efficiently search for and locate the required parts from various supplier sites
• Ensure billing and process payment for sales
• Optimize merchandising and ensure the display of products in the store
• Desired Profile

Education

• DEP in sales-consulting or any other relevant training

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Any other relevant combination of education and experience for the position
• Knowledge
• Operation of an accounting software
• Basic mechanics
