The liaison agent contacts potential and existing clients to present our insurance products and generate opportunities for our brokers. They actively contribute to the growth of the firm by establishing a quality first contact with clients and promoting our solutions tailored to their needs.

WE COUNT ON YOU TO

• Create a telephone contact with an established clientele to offer them new products (no "cold calls")
• Collect the required information for the system
• Transfer potential client calls to designated teams to facilitate sales
• Be motivated to achieve set goals

TO BE HAPPY IN THIS POSITION

• Enjoy working with the public, demonstrate natural communication skills, and be convincing and persuasive
• Ability to effectively manage stress
• Enjoy working in a team
• Demonstrate ease in working with technology
• Excellent French proficiency is required to serve our francophone clientele. Individuals with advanced English proficiency will also serve our current and future anglophone clientele, following our growth objectives!
