We are currently looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for our Chico Val-d'Or store.

We are looking for a candidate available on a variable schedule, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, as needed by the store.

Your impact at Chico

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact with our customers. Your role will be to create a warm and personalized experience while guiding them in making the best choices for their pets' needs.

You will also contribute to the daily operations of the store by participating in sales, merchandising, and store maintenance activities.

Customer Service

• Welcome customers with courtesy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Advise customers on products and services tailored to their pets' needs.
• Answer customers' questions and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Promote Chico's products, services, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Sales and Customer Experience

• Participate in achieving the store's sales targets.
• Use a consultative approach to offer the best solutions to customers.
• Build trust with customers.
• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience with each visit.

Daily Operations

• Perform transactions at the cash register with accuracy and professionalism.
• Follow Chico's policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support the team in the store's daily activities.

Inventory and Merchandising

• Participate in receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise.
• Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the store.
• Participate in inventory counts when required.

Collaboration and Teamwork

• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to creating a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.

✔ Retail sales or customer service experience (an asset).

✔ Experience in the animal industry (an asset).

✔ Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service (an asset).

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

✔ Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.

✔ Knowledge of English (an asset).

✔ Availability according to the store's needs, including days, evenings, and weekends.
