Parking Attendant (Valet)

Do you want to work in the heart of Old Quebec in a 4-diamond hotel, combining prestige, history, and modernity? The Manoir Victoria Hotel is looking for an attentive, dynamic, and customer-oriented parking attendant (valet) to join its front desk team.

Under the authority of the parking manager, the valet is responsible for welcoming clients and parking their vehicles with care and diligence. He directly contributes to the customer experience by offering a professional, fast, and courteous service. The valet also ensures the maximization of available parking spaces and collaborates closely with the reception and baggage handlers to coordinate arrivals and departures.

Main responsibilities include

• Welcoming clients at the parking lot upon arrival and departure.
• Parking and moving clients' vehicles with caution and professionalism.
• Maximizing the use of parking spaces in an organized and secure manner.
• Welcoming and managing vehicles of non-resident clients frequenting the hotel.
• Following established procedures for welcoming clients and managing vehicles.
• Maintaining the parking area clean, orderly, and secure.
• Providing basic information to clients with courtesy.

Desired profile

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Courtesy, professionalism, and neat appearance.
• Good sense of organization and diligence.
• Ability to work effectively as a team and under pressure.
• Valid driver's license (Class 5) and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Quebec City (an asset).
• Bilingualism (French/English) strongly desired, other languages spoken are an asset.
