Accounts Payable Clerk

• Preparation and processing of invoices, statements, customer and vendor accounts.
• Maintenance of financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support, including filing and managing accounting documents.
• Adequately use the work software provided by the Company, including TaxDome, official email and IP telephony software.
• Keep task tracking up to date in the company's systems.
• Assist customers with their daily operations.
• Perform any other tasks as required by immediate supervisors.
• Possibility of remote work
