Accounting Technician

• Preparation and processing of invoices, statements, customer and vendor accounts.
• Maintenance of financial records.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support, including filing and management of accounting documents.
• Keep task tracking up to date in the company's systems.
• Assist customers with their daily operations.
• Preparation of regularization entries
• Preparation and recording of journal entries.
• Preparation of the final trial balance.
• Active participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Preparation of tax declarations (GST/QST).
• Assistance or execution of payroll administration
• Salary: Starting at $24.00 per hour
