We primarily provide examination and compilation missions, tax services for individuals and businesses, bookkeeping, and consulting. As a growing company, we are expanding our team and are looking for dynamic and diverse individuals to join us!

We are seeking an experienced accounting director to join our team. Reporting directly to the partners, this person will play a key role in the realization and review of compilation and examination missions, while participating in the improvement of internal processes and team support.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include…

• Performing compilation and examination missions for a diverse client base (doctors, manufacturers, veterinarians, restaurants, etc.)
• Reviewing mission files from A to Z
• Preparing and/or reviewing T2 declarations
• Proactively participating in the T1 season
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing complete files (financial statements, annexes, declarations)
• Regularly following up on missions, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and actively participating in team meetings
• Providing technical support to employees and answering their questions continuously
• Collaborating closely with partners to improve internal processes and optimize ways of working
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the firm by providing an analytical perspective on practices and tools used
• Contributing to a work environment focused on support and collaboration
• Getting involved in the development of the firm as a future signatory with the possibility of evolution
• Any other related tasks aimed at achieving the firm's objectives

PROFILE REQUIRED

• 8 years of experience in accounting, including notable experience in a firm
• Practical experience in compilation, examination, T1, T2, and file preparation
• Experience in team management and/or coaching
• CPA title required
• Great proficiency with office tools, particularly Caseware, Taxprep, Quickbooks, and Sage
• Knowledge of Zoho and the use of AI in a firm (an asset)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational sense, analytical mind, and professional rigor
• Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
• Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to manage multiple priorities with calm
