The Body Repair Technician is responsible for repairing, restoring, and making modifications or alterations to damaged tractors and equipment to restore their appearance, compliance, and safety.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Inspect used or damaged tractors-equipment and assess the damage;
• Establish a repair plan (parts to replace, required work);
• Straighten and repair surfaces (dents, scratches, corrosion);
• Replace or adjust parts (doors, fenders, bumpers, windows, etc.);
• Perform welding, assembly, and adjustment work;
• Prepare surfaces;
• Apply paint and finishes to restore the original appearance;
• Verify the quality of repairs and the safety of the tractor or equipment;
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop;
• Perform any other related tasks.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

• DEP in body repair (asset)
• Competency card/certification (CPA) (asset).
• Mastery of body repair and painting techniques;
• Ability to use specialized tools (workbench, welding tools, etc.)
• Attention to detail and precision
• Good physical condition
• Team spirit and autonomy
