Rubber Transformation Machine Operator - Night Shift

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:* Operate and monitor machines used for molding or vulcanizing rubber articles or products* Use machines, equipment, or manual tools to cut, shape, connect, adjust, and glue rubber materials to form pieces or finished products* Use finishing machines or equipment to grind, hone, or pare rubber products into their final shape* Visually inspect finished products to detect any defects and ensure compliance with quality standards* Comply with health and safety regulations* Package products according to instructions* Full-time permanent position*

Work schedule: Night shift (Sunday to Thursday, 11 PM - 7 AM)*

Salary: $24.41/hour at entry, $25.98/hour after 1920 hours worked*
