What You Will Do With Us

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be based in our Quebec City, QC branch. You will develop relationships with our clients by responding to product inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and processing orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support field sales teams and project management teams.

How You Will Prosper With Us

• You will act as an internal advisor for clients and provide technical assistance.
• You will receive orders by phone and email and conduct product research.
• You will communicate ongoing product promotions to our clients, approach, and generate potential clients.
• You will ensure follow-up on submission requests and deliveries.
• You will work closely with external sales representatives.
• You will perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the branch.

Who You Are

• You have one to two years of experience in internal sales or counter sales.
• You have demonstrated your ability to communicate effectively and build client relationships.
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite and e-commerce.
• Knowledge in the electrical field is an asset.
