Do you want to contribute directly to the digital transformation of a public broadcaster that serves millions of Quebecers? Here, you will help build a strong, secure, and scalable technological architecture that will enable Télé-Québec to innovate, accelerate its digital transformation, and fully realize its cultural, educational, and citizen mission. You will operate in a role where technological decisions have a direct impact on the organization, its employees, and its audience.

As Director of Technology Architecture and Cybersecurity, you will define Télé-Québec's technological vision and ensure that our platforms, infrastructures, and cybersecurity practices support our business ambitions, both today and in the future. You will be both a strategic architect, business partner, and mobilizing leader. You will work closely with the organization's departments to transform business needs into high-performance, secure, and sustainable technological solutions. Always on the lookout for best practices, you will anticipate technological trends, integrate relevant innovations — particularly in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity — and contribute to the evolution of our ways of doing things.

Concretely, you will have the opportunity to…

• Define and evolve Télé-Québec's enterprise architecture vision and technological orientations.
• Lead technological governance by establishing principles, standards, and architecture frameworks.
• Guide technological choices and investments to support business priorities and digital transformation.
• Provide strategic leadership in cybersecurity and act as the Organizational Coordinator for Information Security Measures (COMSI).
• Oversee the evolution of technological infrastructures to ensure they remain high-performance, resilient, and scalable.
• Mobilize, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team in a transformation context.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business partners, and vendors to ensure the consistency of technological solutions.
• Participate in budget planning, tender calls, contractual procedures, and government financial reporting.
• Maintain continuous strategic vigilance to identify innovation opportunities and emerging risks.

Background

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or team management role in IT.
• Significant experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or technological governance.
• Good knowledge of cloud environments, hybrid infrastructures, enterprise platforms, and modern architecture practices.
• Experience in cybersecurity and knowledge of major reference frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent).
• Experience in budget management and the execution of large-scale technological projects.
• Excellent French proficiency and good ability to communicate in English.
