What makes this role unique
This is not a traditional leadership role in Treasury and Payment Solutions. We are looking for a sales leader and talent developer capable of coaching, inspiring, and advancing a team of sales associates operating in increasingly complex corporate finance environments.
As Team Lead, Treasury and Payment Solutions, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of talent in Treasury and Payment Solutions. Your success will be measured not only by the team's business results but also by your ability to support sales associates in complex sales cycles, strengthen account strategies, advance business opportunities, and build their confidence in client interactions.
You will work closely with sales associates, providing hands-on support, mentorship, and guidance in client meetings, business development activities, and strategic sales initiatives.

- Experience in coaching sales professionals in complex sales cycles within commercial banking services.
- Demonstrated experience in leading joint client meetings and conducting business development activities.
- Ability to support discussions on working capital and treasury solutions with CFOs and other senior financial executives.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing account growth strategies.
- Experience in supporting new customer acquisition initiatives.
- Strong understanding of deposit growth strategies and business development focused on treasury solutions.

Apply sales and business relationship management practices focused on consulting to generate leads and close sales of treasury and payment management solutions for new and existing clients, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Monitor implementation activities to ensure alignment with deadlines. Offer customized treasury management solutions and optimize sales processes through continuous process improvements to enhance the customer experience and business results. Manage sales processes, client engagement, and results.
- Manage complex customer inquiries about sales regarding product offerings, pricing, and implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to facilitate the sales process.
- Lead sales meetings by presenting innovative products and services, sharing industry trends, and fostering proactive client engagement.
- Promote new business opportunities by building client relationships, cross-selling treasury solutions, and leveraging external networks.
- Coordinate transaction closings by collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure efficient and compliant agreements.
- Ensure the accuracy of treasury management service-related documents by reviewing service agreements and ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Proactively address irregularities in client documents and deadlines reports, ensuring accurate files and efficient risk mitigation.
- Monitor client implementation activities to ensure timely delivery, providing constructive feedback for internal process and customer experience improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders by addressing treasury and payment challenges and providing insights to improve processes and solutions.
- Advise clients on specialized cash flow and liquidity management strategies, offering customized recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial planning.
- Participate in industry forums and community events to enhance the Bank's brand, stay updated on market trends, and leverage insights to support sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with the Bank's high-value strategic clients by providing strategic financial advice and ensuring exceptional service and partnership.
- Analyze client and industry data to guide customized strategies related to client-focused solutions, including working capital management optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to define products, solutions, and strategies that best meet client needs.
- Promote and adopt the Bank's top-tier digital product and solution range from Treasury and Payment Solutions North America.
- Support implementation activities, including documentation, pricing, and project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and standards by mitigating risks and keeping service standards up-to-date.

Qualifications
- Five to seven years of relevant professional experience in the field of sales and treasury management, financial operations, or risk management in a large corporation or banking sector, preferably.
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business administration, finance, or accounting. Other relevant disciplines or equivalent work experience are considered.
