Azure Platform Administrator, Identity and Security

As an Azure Platform Administrator, Identity and Security, you are responsible for the operations of Collabria's cloud environment. Using Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud security controls and Terraform implementations, you design and operate secure cloud services, automate infrastructure, support regulated platform operations, and resolve complex issues related to cloud, identity, networking, and security. In partnership with the Technology Platform Manager, you ensure the implementation of technical guidelines and are responsible for the operation, performance, and stability of the platforms. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Designing, configuring, administering, and maintaining Azure subscriptions, platform services, networks, private connections, Azure Firewall, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Key Vault, monitoring capabilities, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Implementing approved cloud templates and maintaining resilient, scalable, and cost-effective environments using APIs, web applications (eApplications), portal services, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and integration workloads.
- Designing, administering, and maintaining Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), identity governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), guest identities, service principals, and privileged access mechanisms.
- Designing secure identity integrations for SaaS platforms, vendor solutions, and internally managed platforms, applying the principles of least privilege and separation of duties, and collaborating with the Platform Operations team for reproducible provisioning, access reviews, and operational support processes.
- Implementing and maintaining secure baseline configurations, platform hardening, key and secret management, network protections, Zero Trust identity-centric measures, and security capabilities using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure Monitor.
- Reviewing vulnerability assessments and security evaluations, coordinating remediation plans, validating corrective measures, communicating residual risks, and supporting penetration testing, audits, and security validations.
- Developing and maintaining reusable Terraform modules, deployment configurations, and secure Terraform State management, applying version control-based change management practices, and collaborating with the DevOps team on automated pipelines.
- Implementing naming, tagging, policy, and module standards, using PowerShell, Bicep, and other automation tools as relevant, and maintaining Terraform as the standard for reproducible infrastructure deployment.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex production incidents, participating in service restoration, root cause analyses, platform health reviews, capacity planning, and recommending improvements.
- Establishing and maintaining alerts, dashboards, logging mechanisms, backups, and disaster recovery activities, generating reports on Azure usage, security, availability, and costs, and providing technical evidence required for audits, access reviews, privileged access reports, and regulatory requests.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in cloud computing, identity management, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure in a production environment
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including access management, MFA, SSO, RBAC, PIM, and identity governance
- Experience with Azure services related to networking, security, storage, monitoring, recovery, and applications
- Experience in designing, deploying, and operating secure and highly available cloud infrastructures
- Practical experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation, deployment, and management
- Experience with cloud security tools and practices, including vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident management
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification or equivalent relevant certification (Terraform Associate, Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300))
- French language proficiency required
- Advanced intermediate English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, or clients
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and lifecycle management tools, including PowerShell, Bicep, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Required availability for evening and weekend hours, as needed
