About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Platform Specialist to contribute to our DevOps Center of Excellence (CoE). You will contribute to the development, operation, and continuous improvement of DevOps platforms.

You will work in collaboration with the DevOps Platform Architect to design and operate scalable CI/CD and cloud platforms.

You will also act as an Azure DevOps expert and contribute to FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Contribute to the design and evolution of DevOps platforms.
• Develop automations in Go and/or Python.
• Create reusable pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure as code.
• Manage Azure DevOps.
• Ensure stability, security, and cost optimization (FinOps).
• Provide support and resolve incidents.
• Support Azure and hybrid environments.
• Participate in incident monitoring and management.
• Collaborate with technical teams.
• Promote DevOps best practices.
• Maintain documentation.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• You have more than 8 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications.
• You have more than 3 years of practical experience in implementing DevOps (CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, logging, monitoring, etc.).
• You possess programming skills in Go/Python and Shell scripting.
• You have strong expertise in Azure DevOps.
• You have a good understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• You have mastery of IaC concepts and tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible…).
• You have very good knowledge of the Azure cloud.
• You have solid knowledge of Git development workflows.
• You have experience with API integration.
• You have experience with several DevOps ecosystems (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab), which is a significant asset.
• You have very good knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• You are perfectly bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written), with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
