Overview

By joining our Digital & Artificial Intelligence Department, you will work in an environment that encourages creativity and rewards excellence. You will bring AI-powered applications to life by transforming business needs and UI/UX concepts into intuitive, reactive, and visually appealing digital experiences. With your expertise in modern front-end frameworks and a strong product approach, you will play a key role in making AI solutions easy to use, reliable, and impactful. While your role is primarily focused on front-end development and user experience, an understanding of back-end systems, APIs, and AI services is a valuable asset.

What will your contributions be to the team?

• Design and implement dynamic and reactive user interfaces using React, Angular, Blazor, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business stakeholders, and product owners to translate concepts, mockups, and user journeys into functional applications.
• Develop front-end experiences for AI-powered applications, including copilots, conversational interfaces, knowledge search, workflow tools, and human validation screens.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with back-end systems, APIs, identity services, and approved AI services.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, usability, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Work closely with back-end developers and AI engineers to deliver end-to-end application features.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code, adhering to internal standards and modern software development practices.
• Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability, accessibility, and performance of front-end components.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end technologies, design systems, AI product models, and best practices in user experience.
• Proactively suggest improvements to user interfaces, workflows, and AI interactions to increase adoption and business value.
• Contribute to the development of reusable UI components and design patterns for the AI & Automation Center of Excellence.
• Ability to communicate in French and English in a professional context.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development, with a strong portfolio showcasing reactive and interactive applications.
• You have hands-on experience with React, Angular, Blazor, or similar frameworks for building modern web applications.
• You have a strong familiarity with UI/UX design principles and experience in translating design prototypes into functional code.
• You are self-motivated, innovative, dynamic, and comfortable in an evolving environment of AI-powered application development.
• You have a good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and front-end state management.
• You have experience in integrating front-end applications with APIs, cloud services, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Azure, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or equivalent AI and application platforms is a plus.
• You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, developers, architects, business users, and stakeholders.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, usability, and user adoption.
• You have a demonstrated passion for staying ahead of industry trends and proposing new ideas to complex problems.
• You have an interest in integrating AI-powered elements into user interfaces, which is a valuable asset.
• You have the ability to communicate in French and English in a professional context.
