Your Role

In collaboration with your immediate supervisor, the successful candidate will:

  • Act as a technological business partner with business sectors and IT teams, providing clear architectural guidance and solutions tailored to current and future technological challenges;
  • Design and evolve solutions aligned with business needs and modern capabilities, ensuring security, resilience, compliance, and sustainability;
  • Lead the responsible use of artificial intelligence in software design and development;
  • Ensure the harmonious integration of new solutions into the AMF's technological ecosystem;
  • Contribute to the modernization of the application portfolio and the adoption of modern architectures that promote agility and innovation;
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, business sectors, architects, security, and technology partners;
  • Accompany teams throughout the lifecycle for high-performance, scalable, and sustainable solutions;
  • Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines, and contribute to their continuous improvement;
  • Participate in discussions on data governance and responsible AI use;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, organizational policies, and requirements;
  • Maintain an active watch on technological trends, emerging practices, and innovations in architecture and digital transformation;
  • Conduct strategic studies and contribute to technological roadmaps and the evolution of the enterprise architecture;
  • Produce the necessary documents and analyses for informed decision-making.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent in a relevant discipline;
  • Have at least ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including at least five (5) years in solution architecture;
  • Possess at least five (5) years of experience in analyzing, designing, and modeling business or technological solutions, including data, processes, applications, or infrastructure;
  • Have a strong grasp of principles, frameworks, and best practices in IT architecture, as well as excellent knowledge of trends and innovations in the field;
  • Adopt a strategic and forward-thinking vision to evaluate the most promising solutions and support organizational agility, operational efficiency, and the AMF's digital transformation;
  • Have experience in digital transformation projects;
  • Have experience in implementing artificial intelligence solutions, including agentic;
  • Have significant experience with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures;
  • Master the integration of cybersecurity, privacy, and information protection requirements from the design phase;
  • Have knowledge in analytics and BI;
  • Have experience with Agile and DevSecOps practices and have actively contributed to software development projects;
  • Have experience in the government or large corporation environment in significant projects;
  • Have excellent French proficiency and good English skills, both spoken and written, to ensure understanding, writing, and communication for the performance of duties;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, simplifying complex concepts, and producing clear and convincing reports and presentations;
  • Influence and mobilize participants through impact-oriented leadership focused on organizational goals;
  • Analyze and synthesize to identify needs, solve problems, and present the essentials in a simple and understandable manner;
  • Exercise sound judgment to make fair assessments of situations and take quick, context-appropriate decisions;
  • Learn and adapt quickly by incorporating new elements and transforming them into concrete and strategic solutions.
  • Technical Skills Sought
  • Essential
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies (Framework, Core/.NET 6+), and IIS;
  • Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines for design, deployment, and operations;
  • Knowledge of IaC practices, particularly with Terraform and Ansible;
  • Proficiency in the Hub-and-Spoke architecture in Microsoft Azure;
  • Integrated use of AI solutions in development, analysis, or automation activities.

  • Experience in application modernization and technological transformation;
  • Experience in hybrid architectures combining Azure and on-premises environments;
  • Experience in modern web development (React, Angular, Vue.js);
  • Knowledge of analytics and data engineering platforms such as Databricks, Python, and Apache Spark.
