Your daily missions

As a Real-Time Market Risk Developer and Support Analyst at GBTO/PRE/CFI, you will address the needs of traders in the fixed income markets. Your daily mission includes:

  • Developing, diagnosing, and providing support for various Front Office applications in C#/.Net
  • Ensuring that real-time indicators (PnL, Risks) produced by the risk engine provide traders with an accurate and up-to-date view of the market.
  • Analyzing and resolving production issues, including the analysis of Greeks, PnL, and the explanation of sensitivities.
  • Collaborating closely with the Front Office, RISQ, and the ARD department to design, implement, and deliver solutions on time.
  • Actively participating in the migration of LATAM to the global tool.
  • Proactively performing code testing and UAT directly with traders before each production release.
  • Providing "follow-the-sun" support for Asia to ensure a smooth market opening.
  • Strengthening Agile and CI/CD methodologies to stabilize production and adhere to release management/change management processes.
  • Assuming support levels 1 and 2.
  • Interacting with other Chapter members to build the target vision of the chain, including the gradual decommissioning of Excel tools and the implementation of the One Target user interface.
  • Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, requiring both functional and technical skills across all products and systems.

  • Technical Skills

Required

  • Strong technical skills in .Net C#
  • Excellent mastery of object-oriented programming
  • Experience with fixed income products, particularly interest rate swaps and futures
  • Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases
  • Experience working in teams with GitHub and GitHub Copilot to optimize development workflows
  • Professional Experience

Required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Market Risk and PnL in a major bank or insurance company

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • Quantitative knowledge is an asset
  • Language Skills:

The ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person holding this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners located in the United States.
