What You Will Accomplish with Us

As an IT Analyst – ModernOPS, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Monitor the daily health of applications and services under the responsibility of ModernOPS.
• Analyze production incidents, contribute to their resolution, and document the causes, impacts, and workarounds.
• Participate in proactive monitoring, monitoring, and service quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate on planning, executing changes, deployments, and post-implementation follow-ups.
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities, while producing operational metrics and dashboards.
• Participate in the documentation of procedures, guides, and processes, as well as the evolution of ITSM and ITIL practices.
• Serve as a point of contact between delivery teams and operations, particularly during hypercare and transition to production activities.

• We are looking for a person who:
• Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Has experience in application support, IT operations, integration, or operations.
• Is familiar with critical production environments, modern application environments, and ITIL practices.
• Is proficient in incident, problem, and change management.
• Is comfortable with tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent, as well as monitoring and monitoring tools.
• Stands out for their analytical mindset, prioritization skills, influence leadership, and communication abilities.
• Has an advanced level of knowledge in French and an intermediate level of knowledge in English, as the person in the role will be called upon to communicate with unilingual English-speaking vendors and partners across Canada via emails and calls, representing approximately 15% of their work time.
