What will you contribute to the team?

• Analyze and present labor and general expense costs, providing relevant information to improve performance tracking.
• Participate in various end-of-month activities, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Support ad-hoc requests, including those related to internal and external audits.
• Collaborate closely with our finance business partners to ensure financial alignment and visibility.
• Prepare financial analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning for leadership.
• Participate in the budgeting process and the quarterly forecasting process.
• Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of the team's processes.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent and hold a CPA designation or are working towards it.
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• You demonstrate rigor, discipline, resourcefulness, and a good team spirit.
• You have strong proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Power Bi would be an asset).
• You have knowledge of SAP S4/HANA.
• You have strong communication skills in both French and English.
• You demonstrate autonomy and innovation.
