Official Internal Job Title: Digital Performance Consultant

Status: Regular

Reporting to the Director – Digital Performance, you will be responsible for leveraging digital data to maximize the business value generated by the Vice-Presidency – Digital. You will define digital performance, present the tracking of our key indicators, the achievement of our targets, and proactively propose actions to optimize our impact. You will need to collaborate closely with our product managers and colleagues from the Vice-Presidency – Artificial Intelligence and Data, Actuarial, and Financial Performance.

This role will offer you opportunities for creation with significant autonomy and within an expanding team, with major digital transformation projects on the horizon.

You will excel in the following functions

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), their requirements, and their documentation for the digital strategy and delivered digital products
• Align indicators with Beneva's strategic objectives, business sector priorities, and generated business value
• Establish performance targets, track their progress, and support decision-making for digital managers and directors
• Measure, analyze, and communicate the outcomes of digital initiatives and customer experience improvement, including tracking benefits and explaining deviations
• Develop and maintain the required dashboards, reports, and tracking tools, in collaboration with the AI and Data VP teams
• Conduct advanced analyses and formulate strategic and operational recommendations based on data to optimize digital performance
• Generate and facilitate periodic performance reviews on target achievement and benefit realization for the digital leadership
• Respond to the measurement needs of digital teams and provide advisory roles to digital product managers and leaders
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Artificial Intelligence and Data, Actuarial, Financial Performance, Business Intelligence) to ensure a comprehensive and coherent view of performance
• Ensure the quality, compliance, governance, and understanding of digital data, while contributing to the development of data literacy within the Digital VP

Your skills and qualifications

• Hold a university degree in business administration, business intelligence, e-commerce, analytical marketing, or any other relevant field
• Accumulate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis, KPI definition, and dashboard creation or other relevant experiences
• Master the use of *Power BI* for creating and interpreting reports and *PowerPoint* and *Excel* for communicating and analyzing results
• Good understanding of digital data through *Google Analytics* as well as knowledge of the *Snowflake* data warehouse
• Good understanding of databases and languages for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data such as *SQL* and *DAX*
• Have advanced proficiency in the French language both orally and in writing
