We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead for our Montreal location. Reporting to the Operations Director, the incumbent supports the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, guides employees, coordinates priorities, ensures inventory accuracy, promotes a safe and organized environment, and ensures compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and guidance to the team.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Perform cyclic inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Report complex issues to the Operations Director.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Enforce health and safety policies.
• Participate in the training of new employees.
• Support receiving, shipping, returns, and stock control activities.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Serve as a resource for operational questions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse with inventory control responsibilities.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, returns, and inventory.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift certification (asset).
