The incumbent supports the manager(s) of a fund in carrying out various administrative and secretarial activities, and this, according to the detailed instructions of the managers. She collaborates, if necessary, in the realization of management activities. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Animate the associative life at the level of social networks and actively manage them;
- Support the association life advisor in the processing of requests for sponsorships, donations and subscriptions and perform the follow-ups that result from them, notably at the level of the amounts granted;
- Participate in the logistical organization of various events of the funds (ex.: annual general assembly, special assembly, team meetings, committees, trips, public relations activities, etc.);
- Collaborate and support the activities of the funds (scholarship program, communication, advertising, etc.);
- Collaborate in the support of various activities and follow-ups to the agenda, calls, emails and letters as well as the realization of secretarial activities;
- Perform various administrative tasks related to internal management;
- Produce various documents (ex.: minutes, reports, statistics, balances).

What you will bring to the table
- Professional studies diploma (DEP) in an appropriate discipline
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French required
- Knowledge of French orthography and grammar
- Knowledge of the philosophy and functioning of a financial services cooperative
- Knowledge of telephone protocol
- Knowledge of service standards
