As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our mission: supporting the development of our people to contribute to building the best aircraft in the industry.

What will you contribute to the team?

• Set up the required training spaces within the framework of different projects at training centers
• Ensure the logistics of the required training materials for the deployment of the SAP 4HANA training program
• Be the master trainer to deliver the SAP 4HANA training for unionized employees
• Participate in the analysis of new technologies to prepare the training center for the deployment of learning solutions
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants, trainers, and managers to continuously improve programs and facilitate successful integration of new employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and activities to ensure alignment of practices and achievement of learning objectives
• Audit and support trainers and partners to ensure compliance, uniform application, and continuous improvement of training programs

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in education, project management, administration, or a related field, combined with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in technical training
• You have organizational skills: excellent ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously, prioritize actions, and meet deadlines
• You have adaptability: ability to adjust to changing needs and priorities of the company, while demonstrating creativity in ambiguous situations
• You have communication skills: fluency in both French and English, both orally and in writing, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
• You have technology and tools: good knowledge of project management tools, Microsoft 365 suite, and learning management systems
• You have knowledge of a learning management system (LMS), an asset
