With three stores (Eaton Centre, Champlain Mail, Promenades St-Bruno), an online platform, and a distribution centre in Brossard, we give a stage to Quebec artisans and creators — and we are looking for a person to help bring this mission to life every day at our Eaton Centre location.

Your Daily Tasks

• Support the branch manager in the daily management of the store
• Contribute to sales strategies and the promotion of local products
• Manage inventory with rigor, in coordination with the manager
• Participate in special events: local markets, product launches, promotional activations
• Supervise and motivate the team in an inclusive and collaborative environment
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to the authenticity of local products
• Welcome and train new employees
• Collaborate directly with local creators to better tell their products in-store

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales (minimum 1 year) in a similar environment
• Interest in local craftsmanship and the promotion of Quebec creators
• Strong skills in inventory and logistics management
• Dynamism, autonomy, and initiative to bring new ideas and solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy
• Knowledge of Shopify is an asset

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in customer service and sales, ideally in a retail environment
• Bilingualism required (French and English) orally
• A true passion for local craftsmanship and Quebec entrepreneurship
• Good skills in inventory and logistics management
• Sense of initiative, autonomy, and dynamic spirit
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Rigor and sense of organization
• Knowledge of Shopify is an asset
