Schedule: Evening / Night – Monday to Friday

We are looking for a reliable and autonomous cleaning maintenance attendant for a recurring commercial contract located in Outremont, Montreal.

The work is performed outside of business hours, in empty facilities, with no employees or customers on site. The work is done alone or in a team of two, without direct supervision.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Cleaning must be completed between 6 PM and 6 AM
• Cleaning scheduled on Friday can be completed Friday night, Saturday or Sunday, as long as everything is done before Monday
• Main Tasks
• General cleaning of the premises
• Sweeping as needed and manual collection of debris
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Emptying and replacing trash bags
• Cleaning sinks and surfaces
• Complete bathroom cleaning
• Taking out the trash according to the established schedule
• Ensuring that the premises are left clean, safe, and as they were found
• Responsibly closing the premises after work
• Compensation

Fixed fee per visit / weekly contract

• $80 per visit
• $400 per week (5 visits)

The compensation is based on the work to be done and the quality standards of the contract, and not on the number of hours spent on site.

For reference, cleaning represents approximately 3 hours of work.

The work can be done by two people, as long as the quality standards are met. The compensation remains the same per visit.

Payment Terms: Payment monthly, 15 days after the end of the worked month.
