WORKING AT MONDOU IS

• 4,888 human and animal connections + 2,500 visits to our wonderful animals in-store + 5,000 tongues licked, feathers, and scales and claw sizes.
• Have a lifestyle oriented towards well-being: Balancing personal, family, and school life is important to us, and the workload is well-distributed with a full-time schedule (28 to 40 hours). Additionally, you will be eligible for collective insurance coverage and our telemedicine service on your first day of work for all full-time positions as employee well-being is important to us!

We have an Academy dedicated to training our staff on various topics such as nutrition, canine/feline behavior, etc.

HAVE A DAY-TO-DAY THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS

• Inventory control: Receive and place merchandise, check stock in-store, adjust inventory, manage daily online orders, and participate in the annual inventory process;
• Visual merchandising: Plan promotional events (circulars, etc.), validate the branch's business loan, execute and update displays and price changes;
• Customer service: Welcome customers warmly, understand the needs of their four-legged companion (winged companions, no worries, no discrimination!), and offer your sound advice.

YOUR DNA

• Have experience in merchandise handling (asset);
• Have an interest in planning promotional events and merchandising;
• Are able to have speed in your tasks, especially in executing orders;
• Love cleanliness and an orderly work environment;
• Consider that good collaboration among colleagues and teamwork are essential to achieve an organization's goals;
• Have experience with animals (asset);
• Have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and have a great sense of organization;
• Communicate easily in French (English is an asset);
• Enjoy moving around and are comfortable lifting heavy loads up to 40 pounds.
