As an Operational Performance Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and updating best practices in process optimization for the Vice Presidency of Individual Insurance and Financial Services. With a focus on continuous improvement of operations, you will leverage your expertise to advise managers in their operational activities and in the management of complex cases requiring in-depth knowledge and extensive expertise in your field. In collaboration with your manager, you will ensure that business needs are aligned with sector objectives, while taking into account the priorities of the Vice Presidency.

You will achieve the following functions

• Advise and support the management team on ways to improve the quality, efficiency, profitability, and control of operations.
• Collaborate in the evaluation and mapping of work processes and submit recommendations to improve work efficiency and operational quality.
• Interface with operational performance teams and implement the selected solutions within the framework of business and technological improvement projects or operational activity optimization.
• Participate in cross-sector projects and ensure that guidelines are followed, taking into account the interests of all sectors.
• Develop optimization tracks based on the company's best practices or market vigilance. Participate in the elaboration and modification of processes and procedures to enable operational teams to achieve their objectives.
• Act as a resource person and collaborate with teams on various analyses and work with users. Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise within your mandates.
• Take charge of various sectorial initiatives related to operational activities. Provide expertise in the analysis of complex situations.
• Participate in the elaboration and dissemination of the vision of operational models and recommendations to improve our processes continuously.
• Represent the Vice Presidency on various permanent or temporary committees.

Your talents and qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in individual insurance and/or financial services and 2 years in project management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, specialized in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot AI, and Power Platform.
• Excellent mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers who are anglophones, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
