Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.

YOUR IMPACT

You will join a team of communications professionals within McKinsey's North American Reach and Engagement function, helping ensure the firm's insights reach the right audiences through integrated communications programs that strengthen relationships with clients, alumni, and colleagues while building awareness of McKinsey's distinctive expertise.

You will report to the Head of External Relations and partner closely with senior leadership across Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal, as well as colleagues throughout North America, to develop and execute integrated communications strategies that advance the firm's reputation and business priorities. While you may be based in either Toronto or Montreal, the primary activities and stakeholder engagement are centered in Toronto. If you are based in Montreal you should anticipate regular travel to Toronto to support business priorities, meetings, and key events.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop messaging, identify strategic opportunities, and ensure communications are aligned with audience needs and business objectives.

You will also independently manage complex communications projects from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Using audience insights and performance data, you will measure campaign effectiveness, monitor key performance indicators, evaluate media impact, and recommend improvements that optimize engagement and support informed decision-making.
