We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Technician - Process Analysis and Work Instruction Creation, who promotes the optimization and continuous improvement of productivity within the company. The goal is to increase production and reduce quality issues in a safe environment. The industrial engineering technician reports directly to the Process Engineer.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Corporate Process Engineer, the Industrial Engineering Technician - Process Analysis and Work Instruction Creation will, among other things, be responsible for:

• Transferring process-related documents in WORD, PDF, Excel formats to a new software "Dozuki" in digital form
• Supporting the engineering team and production team in implementing new software for work instructions
• Collaborating closely with operators to document production activities in detail and convert them into digital documentation
• Preparing and completing the required technical documentation, ECR, NPI folders, and other engineering documents
• Comparing production processes across different sites (different languages)
• Writing procedures with taking photos and videos during production
• Close communication with operators to capture detailed activities for digital transmission
• Participating in the optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes: reorganizing the production flow
• Specifying the users who must review and approve or reject new versions of each work instruction, category page
• Providing daily technical support to production teams to resolve process, equipment, and new product-related issues

Qualifications

• DEC in Industrial Engineering Technology (in progress)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)
• Proficiency in written French and English. Other languages are an asset
• Attention to detail, meticulousness, and rigor
• Good interpersonal skills
• Sense of leadership
