The mission we propose to you:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Technical Services, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance activities at the site to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity. Leading a team of approximately 24 electromechanics on rotating 12-hour shifts, you will plan preventive, corrective, and emergency interventions while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. In collaboration with the maintenance planner, production, and technical teams, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement of our operations.
A glimpse into your daily routine:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency interventions.
- Mobilize, lead, and develop a team of approximately 24 electromechanics by assigning tasks, managing priorities, and fostering skill development.
- Monitor work orders in the GMAO system and ensure the quality of documentation.
- Identify recurring issues, participate in their analysis, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Track performance indicators for your sector and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, technical standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other departments to support site priorities.
- Optimize the use of human resources, materials, and parts to contribute to cost control.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with SST requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations, support employee development, and regularly monitor objectives.
- Clearly communicate priorities, expectations, and objectives to maintain a motivated team.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at equipment reliability and work method optimization.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess
- A DEC in automated systems electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Significant experience in supervising or coordinating a technical team.
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
- Experience with a computer-aided maintenance management system (GMAO).
- A level of French and English allowing effective communication with various stakeholders and understanding of technical documentation primarily written in English.
