Branch Advisor - Part-Time (Limited Availability) - Vaudreuil-Dorion

In this role, you are responsible for welcoming, advising, and serving customers. You must provide appropriate and high-quality information presented in a way that meets the customer's needs, within the framework of the social mission entrusted to the Quebec Cannabis Corporation (QCC). As a part-time employee with limited availability, you must offer a minimum availability of two (2) evenings starting at five (17h) on Thursday or Friday evenings, as well as all day Saturday and Sunday.

Main Responsibilities

• Inform customers about the various cannabis products and their characteristics
• Advise customers from a safety and health protection perspective
• Record transactions at the cash register, prepare deposits, and collect amounts due through various payment methods
• Participate in the branch's inventory process

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a high school diploma (DES or DEP) or equivalent
• Have at least one year of experience in a customer service or retail sales advisory role
• Two years of experience in a related field may be considered
• Demonstrate a professional interest and understanding of the issues related to the marketing of cannabis
• Be available to work during the day, evening, and weekend
• Have the ability to express and simplify information
• Have good spoken French
• Demonstrate proficiency with technological and computer tools
• Be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Undergo the security clearance procedure
