Part-time permanent position (.6) - General Radiology

The McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) is seeking engaged individuals who wish to contribute to providing high-quality care and services to our community.

Your main responsibilities

• Performing general radiology exams

Conduct general radiology imaging exams according to established protocols to produce diagnostic-quality images.

• Patient reception and preparation

Welcome patients, prepare them for their exams, register them when required, and verify prescribed exams to ensure smooth service operations.

• Teaching and mentoring

Participate in teaching and mentoring radiology technology students and integrating newly graduated technologists.

• Clinical information management

Ensure complete and accurate recording of exam-related information in the Radiology Information System (RIS).

Requirements

Must hold a college diploma (DEC) in radiodiagnostic technology from a recognized school by the competent ministry.

Must be a member of the Order of Medical Imaging Technologists, Radio-Oncology, and Medical Electrophysiology of Quebec.
