What will you contribute to the team?

• Be part of the Wiring and Electrical Interconnection Systems (EWIS) engineering team
• Support the integration of aircraft systems and structure electrical wiring to produce wiring diagrams for customers and facilitate the delivery of electrical harnesses
• Review and approve supplier deliverables (ESSD/PCD)
• Recommend and integrate wiring diagram changes to meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with electrical system stakeholders and manage workload planning
• Create and maintain quality and productivity tracking tools
• Provide technical support for change management implementation (RFC, PCR, RFQ, PO, etc.)
• Research, promote, and integrate new EWIS software tools
• Optimize EWIS processes
• Create or update EWIS repositories, BAPS, and design guides
• Contribute by participating in other tasks as needed by the program and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability

How will you thrive in this role?

• You have a technical or university degree in aerospace, avionics, or electrical engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the aerospace sector
• You have experience in wiring design, installation, and/or troubleshooting
• You are proficient in Siemens Capital software or similar ECAD tools
• You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to read and write in English and French
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, a good team spirit, and initiative
• You are innovative and open to new ideas
• You are capable of resolving problems and conflicts
