What will you contribute to the team?
- Be part of the Wiring and Electrical Interconnection Systems (EWIS) engineering team
- Support the integration of aircraft systems and structure electrical wiring to produce wiring diagrams for customers and facilitate the delivery of electrical harnesses
- Review and approve supplier deliverables (ESSD/PCD)
- Recommend and integrate wiring diagram changes to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with electrical system stakeholders and manage workload planning
- Create and maintain quality and productivity tracking tools
- Provide technical support for change management implementation (RFC, PCR, RFQ, PO, etc.)
- Research, promote, and integrate new EWIS software tools
- Optimize EWIS processes
- Create or update EWIS repositories, BAPS, and design guides
- Contribute by participating in other tasks as needed by the program and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
How will you thrive in this role?
- You have a technical or university degree in aerospace, avionics, or electrical engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the aerospace sector
- You have experience in wiring design, installation, and/or troubleshooting
- You are proficient in Siemens Capital software or similar ECAD tools
- You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to read and write in English and French
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, a good team spirit, and initiative
- You are innovative and open to new ideas
- You are capable of resolving problems and conflicts
