Accounting Technician - Credit and Collections

In collaboration with the administrative team, here are the tasks you will be responsible for as an Accounting Technician - Credit and Collections:

• Open accounts for new clients;
• Process credit inquiries;
• Monitor accounts receivable according to established credit limits and prepare monthly account statements;
• Communicate with clients to ensure payment of overdue amounts;
• Prepare contract terminations;
• Monitor guarantees;
• Prepare and submit receipts and statutory declarations.

You are the person we are looking for

• Hold a DEC in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of similar experience;
• Excellent knowledge of credit and collections processes;
• Mastery of accounting rules related to accounts receivable;
• Be methodical and structured;
• Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity;
• Proficiency in Excel and Word software;
• Knowledge of the construction industry sector (asset).
