Your Role as an Indispensable Member:

Under the supervision of the Head Nurse, you will play a key role in the assessment and care of residents.

Assess the health needs of residents and contribute to the formulation and implementation of care plans.

Ensure the satisfaction of residents, monitor their comfort and well-being throughout their stay.

Update medical records in real-time according to established procedures.

Administer medications according to prescriptions, ensuring residents follow their treatment.

Collaborate with the care team to provide a safe environment and quality care, in accordance with the establishment's standards.

Support your colleagues by contributing to the smooth functioning of the care team.

Requirements

DEP in auxiliary nursing and a member in good standing of the OIIAQ.

Up-to-date training in PDSB, RCR/DEA, and general first aid.

1 to 2 years of experience, an appreciated asset.

Desired Profile: Empathy and concern for the well-being of residents.

Team spirit and commitment to excellence in the quality of care and services.

Excellent organization and adaptability.
