The Position

Reporting to the Operations Supervisors - Banquets, you will provide a *Dream Service* to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up banquet rooms according to established plans and standards, dismantling them, and ensuring cleanliness at all times;
• Preparing requisitions for wine, alcohol, food, and any other materials required for the smooth running of banquets and coffee breaks;
• Stocking the service team with ice;
• Performing the service or providing support to the existing team for food and beverage service;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times;
• Preparing coffee and maintaining periodic cleaning of coffee machines;
• Participating in the transportation of dirty dishes with the laundry department;
• Maintaining workplace cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards;
• Responding to requests from internal and external customers;
• Participating in food service requests when required;
• Performing any other tasks aimed at ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• *Due to serving a tourist clientele, good knowledge of English is required for this position*
