Human Resources Advisor

Main Functions:

The Human Resources Advisor supports various departments in hiring, discipline, social activities, and staff training.

The recruitment process (recruitment, selection, verification via Plumitif software, hiring, and integration).

Producing various quarterly reports on all activities.

Compiling the 1% law.

Preparing employment confirmation letters, disciplinary notices, and reference letters.

Coordinating the training of new technicians.

Supporting the payroll department in applying the law, social benefits (collective insurance, etc.), and compensation (payroll department).

Implementing and monitoring policies and standards regarding personnel management and company activities.

Participating in the preparation of the company's social activities.

Managing and updating employee files accurately.

Writing and preparing HR documents with great precision.

Following up on administrative HR processes rigorously and systematically.

Functional English. The responsibilities of the position are primarily carried out in French. However, functional knowledge of English is an asset, required only for specific tasks involving occasional communication with clients outside Quebec.

Education in human resources management or a related field.

3 to 5 years or more of experience in similar roles.

Availability to travel to our offices in Sorel Tracy and Candiac.

Lack of formal education can be compensated by equivalent experience.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
