The Position

Under the supervision of the head of the schedule group, you will perform various technical tasks related to the management of schedules for different departments of the Casino. You will:

  • Ensure and coordinate work to provide an exceptional service to our customers;
  • Develop and prepare weekly schedules based on operational needs established by managers, taking into account various factors such as absences (vacations, training, etc.) and applicable working conditions;
  • Ensure the replacement of absent employees according to applicable working conditions and collective agreements;
  • Verify various operational reports and provide necessary explanations and corrections;
  • Produce and analyze various reports and statistics;
  • Participate in the implementation and revision of procedures, methods, and work tools, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Analyze received change logs, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing various information checks, and prepare the final schedule;
  • Act as a resource person to answer various questions and requests from employees and managers regarding schedules, payroll, and leave;
  • Make necessary corrections to schedules and follow up with various stakeholders (employees, managers, payroll service);
  • Face many other challenges not listed here, as our Company is a great playground!

Essential Requirements

  • Hold a college diploma in administrative techniques or a relevant discipline
  • Any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will also be considered
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administration, including experience in preparing and managing schedules

  • Proven sense of customer service
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Demonstrate thoroughness and a great attention to detail
  • Be self-sufficient and possess a good sense of organization
  • Ability to learn different computer systems
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Very strong sense of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of internal applications such as Time Management, Prim'heure, and SigRH is an asset
  • Availability to work (weekdays and weekends) on various shifts according to operational needs and the time of year
